What better way to mark World Heart Day than by coming together to advance our collective knowledge and support for those affected by Inherited Cardiac Conditions?
Poppy’s Light Foundation warmly invites healthcare professionals, trainees, and anyone interested in inherited cardiac conditions (ICCs) from across the North East and North Cumbria to our very first ICC Lunch & Learn.
This in-person afternoon is a brilliant opportunity to share clinical insights and network with colleagues and friends.
What to expect:
- An introduction to ICCs, including cardiomyopathies, channelopathies, aortopathies, and sudden cardiac death, alongside dedicated case discussions.
- An overview of the charity’s upcoming plans to support healthcare professionals, patients, and families across the region.
- Guest speakers: Dr. Neil Seller and Faye Pugh
This is a free event, though there will be opportunities on the day to support the foundation if you wish.
