Our daughter, Poppy, is a beautiful, talented, and kind should whose light continues to shine in all that we do. A gifted fashion student at the prestigious London College of Fashion, her creativity and spirit remain a constant source of inspiration. Her light changed our world forever, for us, her brother Ollie, her sisters Faith, Heidi and Florence, and it continues to guide us.

Poppy's Light Foundation was founded in her honour, with the hope of turning heartbreak into something that could help others. Since August 2024, with the kindness of our supporters, the charity has raised over £130,000 to provide vital services for children, young people and families.

​

At Poppy's Light Foundation, we are determined to raise the profile and understanding of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) and inherited cardiac conditions. With compassion, determination, and the support of specialist teams, generous donors, and dedicated partners, we believe lasting change is possible.

What we do:

• Funding Support Systems - strengthening and extending the care provided by highly specialised cardiology teams.

• Funding Psychological Support - enabling access to clinical psychology for children, young people and families affected by inherited cardiac conditions.

​

• Education and Empowerment - raising awareness and giving families the knowledge to understand and manage cardiac health.

​

• Compassionate Care - always led by love, empathy and Poppy's legacy.

​

• Sustainability - securing long-term services so that no family is left without support. 

​

Through Poppy's Light, her spirit is honoured by helping to protect young hearts and support young lives.
